Alaskan Malamute Koolrunnings Ride Like Da Wind 2100462276 has committed a level 5 offence and has been suspended for a period of six months until 1 March 2020 at which time the owner may apply to have the dog assessed. The suspension shall remain in force until the assessment is conducted.

Alaskan Malamute Zhano Acme of Enlightenment RKF3135323 has committed a level 3 offence and is suspended for three months until 9 December 2019 at which time the owner may apply to have the dog assessed. The suspension shall remain in force until the assessment is conducted.

Associate Register – RALPH (302299AR) has committed a level 5 offence and is suspended from all ANKC approved activities for a period of 6 months until 12 February 2024, at which time the owner may apply to have the dog assessed. The suspension shall remain in force until the assessment is conducted. Appeal Hearing held on 19 October 2023 - the appeal was dismissed, and the Level 5 Penalty stands.

Australian Cattle Dog – ERUDITE NEO RA. (2100514962) has committed a level 1 Unruly behaviour not affecting the performance of another dog or a handler. Warning and one demerit point – accumulation of a further two demerit points will incur an automatic suspension from competition for one month.

Australian Shepherd AUSSYPAW NICHOLAI THE GUARD 3100456934 has committed a level 5 offence and has been suspended for a period of six months until 10 October 2023, at which time the owner may apply to have the dog assessed. The suspension shall remain in force until the assessment is conducted.

Belgian Shepherd Dog (Tervueren) Mirribandi When The Wind Blows 4100196528 is suspended from all ANKC approved activities for a period of 4 months* until 4 March 2019 at which time the owner may apply to have the dog assessed.  The suspension shall remain in force until assessment is conducted.  *Offence was increased to a suspension (Level 4) on appeal to Management Committee of Dogs Victoria.

Chihuahua (Long) CH. Montollie Bobby Dazzler 3100323692 has committed a level 3 offence and is suspended for three months until 23 February 2020 at which time the owner may apply to have the dog assessed. The suspension shall remain in force until the assessment is conducted. 

Dalmatian THUNDERSPOT ALL FIRED UP 2100507513 -  has committed a level 4 offence and has been suspended for a period of four month until 3 August 2022 from all ANKC approved activities other than training until 30 July 2022, at which time the owner may apply to have the dog assessed. The suspension shall remain in force until the assessment is conducted.

Dobermann Bisart Quote Unquote 3100327487 has committed a level 3 offence and is suspended for three months until 28 December 2019 at which time the owner may apply to have the dog assessed. The suspension shall remain in force until the assessment is conducted.

Dogue De Bordeaux ATSAMANIES DAISY (3100442469) has committed a  level 3 offence - fifteen demerit points and suspension for a period of three months until 14 January 2024, at which time the owner may apply to have the dog assessed. The suspension shall remain in force until the assessment is conducted.

Dogue De Bordeaux Atsamanies Boomba 3100335382 has committed a level 5 offence and has been suspended for a period of six months until 24 March 2019 at which time the owner may apply to have the dog assessed. The suspension shall remain in force until the assessment is conducted.

Dogue De Bordeaux Moloscyg Calais 5100093730 has committed a level 4 offence and is suspended from all ANKC approved activities for a period of 4 months until 26 January 2019 at which time the owner may apply to have the dog assessed.  The suspension shall remain in force until assessment is conducted

English Springer Spaniel Glenkinchie Smash Hit 3100354758 has committed a level 4 offence and is suspended from all ANKC approved activities for a period of 4 months until 1 April 2019 at which time the owner may apply to have the dog assessed.  The suspension shall remain in force until assessment is conducted

Field Spaniel – BIRDRISE ROYAL ASH (5100138197) has committed a level 5 offence and is suspended from all ANKC approved activities for a period of 6 (six) months until 9 June 2024, at which time the owner may apply to have the dog assessed. The suspension shall remain in force until the assessment is conducted. Appeal Hearing held on 15 January 2024 - The appeal was dismissed, and the Level 5 Penalty stands.

German Shepherd Dog Bonhope Magic Chili Star 3100452015 has committed a level 1 offence and has been given a warning and loss of one demerit point.

German Shepherd Dog Jayshell Boston CDX 3100267617 has committed a level 3 offence and is suspended for three months until 2 July 2016 at which time the owner may apply to have the dog assessed. The suspension shall remain in force until the assessment is conducted.

German Shepherd Dog Killara The Green Mill Murder 3100309893 has committed a level 4 offence and is suspended from all ANKC approved activities for a period of 4 months until 21 April 2020 at which time the owner may apply to have the dog assessed. The suspension shall remain in force until the assessment is conducted.

German Shepherd Dog (LSC) Rantino I Am The Legend 3100372569 has committed a level 2 offence and is suspended for one month until 11 April 2019 during which time retraining must be undertaken.

Great Dane Ondane Dream Lover 3100302056 has committed a level 4 offence and is suspended from all ANKC approved activities other than training for a period of four months until 4 March 2019.  The owner may apply for assessment of the dog during the course of the suspension term provided documentary evidence of retraining and the prescribed fee is lodged at the time of the application.  The suspension remains in force until the dog achieves a pass result when assessed and the dog becomes eligible for reinstatement. Maremma Sheepdog Schaferden Night Commander 3100281832 has committed a level 5 offence and is suspended for six months until 27 December 2013 at which time the owner may apply to have the dog assessed. The suspension shall remain in force until the assessment is conducted.

Mastiff Coartar Celidon of Toadhall 3100260472 has committed a level 5 offence and has been suspended for a period of six months until 21 March 2015.  At the end of the suspension period, the owner may apply for assessment of the dog, provided documentary evidence of re-training is provided with the application. The suspension shall remain in force until the assessment is conducted.

Norfolk Terrier GRAND. CH. C.I.B.MAZBERG  ZIGGY STARDUST 2100468224 has committed a level 3 offence and has been suspended for a period of three months until 3 December 2022, at which time the owner may apply to have the dog assessed. Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever – CH. NOVAFUSION BAY OF FIRES RN. TK.S. JC. (3100404339) has committed a level 5 offence and is suspended from all ANKC approved activities for a period of 6 months until 10 March  2024, at which time the owner may apply to have the dog assessed. Rottweiler CH VOMSCHATZ SAMBO 3100417312 has committed a level five offence and has been suspended for a period of six months until 11 September 2023 at which time the owner may apply to have the dog assessed. The suspension shall remain in force until the assessment is conducted.

Russian Black Terrier Ozruski Astrid 3100397285 has committed a level 5 offence and has been suspended for a period of six months until 9 June 2022, at which time the owner may apply to have the dog assessed. The suspension shall remain in force until the assessment is conducted.
